My experience at Atlanta Jeweler was nothing short of phenomenal. Alisha took incredible care of me and my lovely lady throughout the entire engagement ring process. She made everything smooth, stress-free, and honestly exciting from start to finish! we were able to customize the perfect ring featuring both a the lab diamond and my lovely lady's birthstone, emerald. The end result was beyond anything I have ever imagined! Alisha’s attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made us feel confident every step of the way. I will never forget when she told me "no disrespect to you but let me explain something only a lady would understand" and she went and advised my lovely lady that if we were to ever have kids that a woman's body would change and we will need to resize her ring so having the lifetime warranty is most definitely important to have because they offered free resizing with the extended warranty. She explained everything very clear and easy to understand. I’m sincerely pleased not only with Alisha, but with the entire staff who played a part in creating this unforgettable experience. If you're looking for quality, professionalism, and people who truly care, Atlanta Jeweler is the place to go! 10/10 - Highly recommended!

Wonderful business! Their seiko collection caught my eye as I was rushing by to grab a pair of shorts for work and they offered quick and friendly service selling me an awesome “Pogue” chronograph. I’ll definitely be back to check out their other offerings.

Excellent customer service here! I bought a bracelet for my wife as a Christmas gift. Recently it came loose, so I took it back to the store. They repaired the bracelet like new, no questions asked and no charge. They stand behind their jewelry. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

If you're looking for anything jewelry wise, watches, men's rings, wedding rings, gold chains, look no further. This jeweler is top notch class!! They have an unbelievable inventory, & they are willing to work with on a great, reasonable price. Great jewelry store with very friendly people working there! The manager on site is awesome. I had a problem with my jewelry a few days after buying but he ensured that it was corrected and made right at no extra cost to me! I originally bought this 10k gold, diamond, and ruby necklace at a fantastic price deal too. He ensured me that if there is ever a problem at anytime, they will make it right. They seem to really care about their customers happiness which is rare to find in bigger brand named jewelry stores. They offered me a free citizen clock as a gift too! Thank you 💞 I’ll be back to buy more!
